Jesu Lyrics by Dunsin Oyekan Ft. Apostle Grace Lubega:
Abiyamo yin gbekun omo re ko ma ta eti were (A mother is not inattentive to the cry of her child)
Jesu Jesu o (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Abiyamo yin gbekun omo re ko ma ta eti were (A mother is not inattentive to the cry of her child)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Mo wa so do re (I have come to You)

I approach the Throne of grace
To receive mercy and assistance
Those who invoke Your name
Will never be disappointed

Jesu Jesu o (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Mo wa so do re (I have come to You)

I approach the Throne of grace
To receive mercy and assistance
Those who invoke Your name
Will never be disappointed

Jesu Jesu o (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Mo wa so do re (I have come to You)

O gbe inu wundia sola (He dwells in the virgin honorably)
O gbe inu adelebo sogo (He dwells in the married woman gloriously)

Jesus Jesus
Jesus Jesus
Jesus Jesus
I come to You

Now listen, child of God
The woman at the well
That Samaritan woman we often refer to
Jesus shared something profound with her
He said you worship what you do not understand
So, let me provide some context for our song
The Bible reveals that God, at various times and through different methods
Communicated with our ancestors via the prophets
However, in these final days, He has communicated through His son Jesus Christ
And the scripture asserts that He has made Him heir to all things
And by Him, the worlds were brought into existence
Now consider this mystery
The Bible previously mentioned He spoke to the ancestors through the prophets
Present Continuous
Each time He visited a prophet
He granted him a revelation for Israel or for an individual
But the scripture indicates that in these last days, He has spoken
Who receives the revelation?
In the past, He spoke, Present Continuous
It was an ongoing revelation
In these final days
He’s not sharing or planning to share anything that hasn’t already been declared
Praise God
The Jesus you approach
Has already defined your destiny
You have been granted everything necessary for life and godliness
You have been blessed with every spiritual blessing
In the heavenly realms through Christ Jesus
The Bible is unequivocal that He has been given a name above all names
That at the mention of that name
Every knee must bend, of the things on earth
Of the things in heaven and under the earth
And every tongue must proclaim
That Jesus Christ is Lord
To the glory of the Father
When we seek Him
We do not approach Him with uncertainty about His actions
We come to Him knowing that everything we seek has already been fulfilled
You are not seeking healing
You are coming for health because you are healed by His wounds
You are not coming to be provided for
You are arriving because provision has been made for you
You are not coming for a child
You are coming because a child has been granted to you
You are not believing God for marriage
You are coming because you have received marriage
Philemon 1:6 states
The communication of your faith becomes effective as you recognize every good thing within you
Yesu Yesu e

Jesu Jesu o (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Mo wa so do re (I have come to You)

In Uganda, we sing it like this
Yesu Yesu (Jesus Jesus)
Yesu Yesu (Jesus Jesus)
Yesu Yesu (Jesus Jesus)
Nzijja gy’oli (I have come to You)

Jesus Jesus
Jesus Jesus
Jesus Jesus
I come to You

Yesu Yesu (Jesus Jesus)
Yesu Yesu (Jesus Jesus)
Yesu Yesu (Jesus Jesus)
Nzijja gy’oli (I have come to You)

For He has bestowed upon You a Name that surpasses all others
At the mention of the Name of Jesus
Every knee must bow and every tongue must acknowledge
That Jesus is Lord
For the Name of the Lord is a fortress
The righteous run into it and find safety
For the virgins adore You
For Your name flows forth like precious oil
So, when I call on the name Jesus
It signifies an anointing
Jesus Christo
The anointed one
Jesus, anointing
Jesus, anointing
And as per Isaiah 10:27
It shall occur on that day
That the yoke shall be broken
And the burden shall be lifted
Because of the anointing
Someone shout Jesus
Every yoke is being shattered
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Anointing, Jesus
Let every yoke be broken, now
Lift it high one final time
With your hands raised
Say Jesu Jesu o

Jesu Jesu o (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Jesu Jesu (Jesus Jesus)
Mo wa so do re (I have come to You)
